MILLE ARBRES
📍 Paris, France
Mille Arbres is an inhabited natural ecosystem, where the apartments, the offices, the hotel and the kindergarden are surrounded by nature. The mixed-use project will be completed in 2023 and is an investment of about 550 million euros.

IULIUS TOWN
📍 TIMISOARA, ROMANIA
Iulius Town Timisoara is the largest real estate investment in the region, worth over 220 million euros, made by IULIUS and Atterbury Europe. This is the first mixed-use project in the west of the country and the most important real estate project to be inaugurated this year on the Romanian market.

BINARIUM
📍 CLUJ-NAPOCA, ROMANIA
The BINARIUM office building in Cluj-Napoca was designed by the architecture office Dico and Tiganas. The project represents a reconversion of the land of the former Flacara factory. BINARIUM is the first building in Romania to receive the highest score, according to the BREEAM criteria.

RAFFLES CITY HANGZHOU
📍 Hangzhou, China
This mixed-use development becomes a major landmark along the green axis of the city’s new CBD. A rich mix of 24/7 functions occupies almost 400,000m2 within two streamlined towers set atop a podium and landscaped plaza.

MALL OF NETHERLANDS
📍 LEIDSCHENDAM, THE NETHERLANDS
Mall of Netherlands was designed by MVSA Architects. The new shopping center covers over 200,000 square meters and will be completed in 2020. The concept of the project is based on the creation of an identity through a unitary design, inspired by a silk shawl.

ARENA CENTRAL
📍 BIRMINGHAM, UK
Arena Central is a £500million mixed use development on a 9.2 acre site in the heart of Birmingham. The new public square – Bank Court – forms the heart of the scheme, complementing Centenary Square – the much larger civic and cultural square to the north.

CONSTANTA BUSINESS PARK
📍 Constanta, Romania
Globalworth develops a new hub located in Lazu, Constanta county. The large scale of the project is assured by the 100 ha of available land, over 550 K sqm GLA of future logistics and industrial premises, along with extended office spaces, a hotel and retail and services areas.

SKANSKA CAMPUS 6
📍 BUCHAREST, ROMANIA
Campus 6 is the new office complex developed by Skanska in Romania in the Central-West area of Bucharest. Campus 6 functions as a meeting hub, where tenants, employees and guests can work, meet and relax.

RENAULT BUCHAREST CONNECTED
📍 ROMANIA
The Renault Bucharest Connected headquarters is located close to the means of transport (metro, bus), but also close to the other entities of the Renault Romania Group: Titu Technical Center and the plants in Mioveni, which facilitates the employees’ travel to and from the workplace

BISPEVIKA
📍 OSLO, NORWAY
Bispevika, designed by Leonard Design Architects, due for 50% completion by 2021, is a major new 1,786,800 square foot inner-city district in Oslo’s historic waterfront. The scheme will comprise of 2.8 km of waterfront promenade, 5,000 apartments and 20,000 workspaces.

ALU MENZIKEN FACTORY
📍 SATU MARE, ROMANIA
The Alu Menziken plant in Mediesu Aurit, Satu Mare County, inaugurated at the end of 2018, concentrates its entire workforce on the processing of aluminum at the highest level. The products made are extremely technologically complex, focusing on the recycling process of aluminum.

VADISTANBUL SHOPPING CENTER
📍 TURKEY
The project was built in a former industrial area and has one of the biggest free form roofs structure in Turkey. The architectural elements are derived from Istanbul’s city patterns and density and they are reflected on all vertical elements including shop partitions columns, walls, and escalators.

ANA TOWER
📍 BUCHAREST, ROMANIA
Ana Tower Offices provides a GLA of 33.000 sq.m. of office space on 25 floors, being one of the tallest high-raise in Romania. A three-level underground parking and a ground parking will service the building. In the design development, both the office tower and the adjacent car parking are fulfilling the LEED criteria.

GOLDEN CITY
📍 SAINT PETERSBURG, RUSSIA
The mixed-use project Golden City developed on Vasilievsky Island in Saint Petersburg is designed by KCAP + ORANGE Architects. With the urban plan, Golden City, a 15 ha site, will become a new part of the city with a diverse mix of urban functions facilitating and interconnecting the surrounding areas.

BUSINESS GARDEN BUCHAREST
📍 Romania
Business Garden Bucharest is a complex consisting of three buildings surrounded by a garden, with an efficient configuration of office space, being built in accordance with LEED. The project comprises a rentable area of 41,000 m² of Class A offices and commercial spaces.

OLYMPIC HOUSE
📍 LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND
The Olympic House, the new headquarters of the International Olympic Committee is one of the most sustainable buildings in the world, winning also LEED Platinum certification. It incorporates rigorous criteria in energy and water efficiency, while optimising the health and wellbeing of its users.

CHAPELLE INTERNATIONAL
📍 PARIS, FRANCE
Chapelle International is a project from France combining multimodality, innovation and sustainable development. Sogaris innovates and develops a 45.000sq m multi-purpose project in Paris 18th district which combines logistics, offices and equipments.

THE LIGHT ONE
📍 BUCHAREST, ROMANIA
The Light One is the first Class A office building in one of the most attractive mixed-use projects, providing 21,653 sqm GLA, 11 storeys high and offering 293 parking spaces. Through simple, sharp, clean composition, the building has an outstanding presence and a timeless design.

AIRPORT CITY VIENNA
📍 AUSTRIA
The Airport City Vienna at the Vienna International Airport in Schwechat sets an important signal for the future of sustainable real estate development and is the first industrial park in Austria to be awarded with a GOLD certification.

THE MARK

The office building project, The Mark, is developed by S Immo in Bucharest, near Victoriei Square. This represents an investment of approximately 60 million euros, with an area of 25,500 square meters and 15 floors.

FINASTRA WORKING SPACES
📍 BUCHAREST, ROMANIA
The Finastra office in Bucharest is located on 3 of the 17 floors of the building, holding 800 working spaces, 53 meeting rooms, six lunch areas, a gym and multiple relaxation rooms. The facilities incorporate some of the most modern technology.

DENTISTRY SCHOOL
📍 RAMALLAH, PALESTINE
The Dentistry School for Graduate Studies is part of a larger University campus in the city of Ramallah in Palestine. The centre hosts 64 clinics with dedicated entrances for students, academic staff and patients.

P3 BUCHAREST A1
📍 ROMaNIA
P3, the investor and developer of logistics properties, has started the construction of a multifunctional complex in the P3 Bucharest park on A1, a premiere on the logistics market in Romania. The first phase of the multifunctional project will include a hostel with a capacity of 212 people, a 200-seat canteen, a supermarket and a coffee shop.
