Bulevar Residential Building

📍 Spain

Habitat Bulever was therefore conceived as a residential complex laid out around a free space with an urban scale. It forms the quiet and isolated nucleus in which the private life of the development unfolds, similar to how people live not so along ago in corral communal dwellings, like one big family.

Diamond Tree

📍 Italy

The concept develops around an idea of decomposition, subtraction and rotations of volumes, in order to create several ways to perceive the space. The lack of corridors in between the living and night areas suggests a stereoscopic view of a hybrid and fluid space, with no fixed hierarchy and filled by the light coming from a large ceiling window.

Aviației Apartments

📍 Romania

Aviației Apartments comprises a number of 291 studio apartments, two and three rooms, made after a total investment of 17 million euros. The complex is composed of four buildings with six floors, gathered around an interior courtyard of 1,000 sqm where green spaces, playground and areas dedicated to the relaxation and socialization of the residents are arranged.

Toya House

📍 Romania

The Toya House is designed on an archetypal structure, with the ridge roof, just as it appears in children’s drawings when they are small. The organic beauty of this house is rendered by the small details of integration in context and inspires the idea of community in which the neighbors know each other.

Villa Marie House

📍 Austria

Villa Marie is situated on a south orientated slope in the alpine foothill region of Upper Austria, which is characterized by soft hills and splendid views to the alps. The design focuses on two aspects, a bungalow concept organizes all rooms on one level around a central living area and the west orientated veranda terrace.

E+E House

📍 Romania

The E+E House on one level, with its own courtyard to which the spaces open, enriching the visual connection of each room with access to the exterior, maintaining a discreet relationship with the street front.

One Verdi Park

📍 Romania

The residential area of the project includes a total of 134 apartments and 451 parking spaces distributed in the three underground levels, as well as the arrangement of green spaces that will add up to a total area of at least 30% of the land surface. One Verdi Park that concentrates facilities and benefits in a single concept: premium and luxury apartments, Class A offices, retail and green spaces.

Estoria City

📍 Romania

Estoria City extends Bucharest with a new district by mixing the residential area which will include 1200 homes, retail and valuable supplements such as common leisure, connection areas, green areas, community projects and many more.

Colina Nouă

📍 Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Colina Nouă is a place where wellness is a daily activity, a place where people are attracted by gardening, cooking, culture, art, sports and by the spontaneous conversations carried over the green fence behind the garden.

Central District 4 Elements

📍 Romania

Central District 4 Elements will be developed on a land of 4,600 sqm and will comprise 194 apartments in two buildings. On the roof of one of the blocks, a 120-meter long runway will also be arranged.

Casa GG

📍 Romania

The GG House is located in a Bucharest neighborhood with houses developed along the plot, the house bringing a bright and white interpretation to the fine centuries-old character of the area.

Casa GG

Romania

Sophisticated simplicity impresses all the interior environments. The interventions are made with few materials, emphasizing more the variations of textures, with fine passages. It is obvious the preoccupation to generate a unitary image, carefully configured, maintained and revealed with many narrative meanings. In the GG house you can feel the verticality of the high space in the entrance, you can feel the pleasure of walking a generous staircase whose gap opens the spaces all the height of the house, you can feel the deep silence in the ‘back room’, and you can look at the sky from afar place of the house, related to the entrance.

E+E House

The E + E house on one level, with its own courtyard to which the spaces open, enriching the visual connection of each room with access to the exterior, maintaining a discreet relationship with the street front. It has a linear spatial development, it is perpendicular to the street and it is composed and sustained by a sequence of spatial sequences, calibrated domestically according to the functional needs. The house is divided into two areas: one adjacent to the street, designed for everyday life, characterized by the fluidity of the space, and the other withdrawn, looking to the opposite side, the night zone, which ensures privacy.

General Manager, Best Western Stil Hotel 4*, Bucharest

FORO Guest

The policy of the Best Western Stil hotel has a very important component of customer service. We care about our guests and are very attentive to the feedback they send us through various forms (directly at the hotel reception, in direct meetings with our staff, through the hotel feedback forms, through the pages of TripAdvisor, Booking, Facebook etc.). Feedback from our guests helps us to maintain the level of services and facilities we offer to a certain standard and to make improvements. In the last 2 years we have made significant investments in this regard.

Chef Ștefan Popescu

Executive Chef, Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center

FORO Guest

A restaurant is itself a complex investment. One of the current problems in this field is the quality of services, which is why it is imperative to invest in this direction. A restaurant can remain “top” only by maintaining quality – that is why this concept must be understood in detail. Competition is growing in all sectors and the best way to distinguish yourself from others is the reputation you build. The decision to use reputation as a career building tool differs from one sector to another and depends on the professional objective. However, being a professional with visibility becomes an increasingly necessary means of career development.

Dr. Alina-Bondoc

Director Medical, Medlife Titan, București

Medic Invitat ROHO

Ciprian Dogaru

Executive Manager, Hotel Ambient 4*, Brașov

FORO Guest

The quality of the services must be continuously improved, and this is done through regular trainings and last-minute information shared with the relevant departments. Maintenance of hotel spaces is also a priority, as good hotel services cannot compensate for unattended space and vice versa. A mix between the two components is ideal and leads to the success of the customer relationship. A hotel’s reputation is its business card. In the online environment, the grades given by the guests are the mirror of the activity of the hotel, and they can be improved by good management and communication with the client.

Guest Farmer

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your invitation and to congratulate you on the organization of the Forum, which was very well structured, both in terms of the guests, as well as of the topics addressed. It was a day full of – we hope – useful information; when the breaks allowed it, we made the most of the networking part to become acquainted with other Romanian colleagues and to talk about the problems in our farms and what could be improved.

Dr. Mircea Cinteză

Șeful Secției Cardiologie 1, Spitalul Universitar de Urgență București

Medic Invitat ROHO

Am apreciat alegerea atentă a speakerilor.

Manager, Spitalul Municipal Carei, Satu Mare

Manager Invitat ROHO

Dr. Cristian Radu Jecan

Director Medical, Spitalul „Prof. Dr. Agrippa Ionescu”, București

Medic Invitat ROHO
