The ‘Our Farmers’ Regional Conferences are an integral part of the only national network of events dedicated to agriculture in Romania — a platform that annually connects farmers, processors, solution providers and specialists from all areas of agribusiness.
Four regions, one goal: the future of Romanian agriculture
The 2025 edition brought forward debates, solutions and fresh perspectives in four of the country’s key agricultural regions: Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova and Iași. The mission of the events was to connect regional agricultural communities and to stimulate the exchange of ideas, experiences and partnerships among leaders of the sector.

The 2025 event theme, ‘Agriculture, from now on’, reflected the urgent need for agricultural entrepreneurs to rethink their strategies and adapt to a complex context marked by climate change, economic pressures and accelerated technological transformation. After several difficult years — dominated by severe drought, rising costs and financial instability — Romanian agriculture needs a new vision, one grounded in innovation, sustainability and collaboration.

“The regional conferences brought to the forefront innovative management solutions for production and processing companies, digital technologies, cost-efficiency methods and yield optimization strategies. Successful models and projects already implemented at national level were showcased, along with approaches for adapting to the new climate and economic realities.

“‘Agriculture, from now on’ was more than just a series of events — it was a space for dialogue and collaboration, where best practices, sustainable solutions and long-term partnerships were discussed. The goal was clear: to support agricultural entrepreneurs in their adaptation efforts and to encourage them to turn challenges into real development opportunities, strengthening their confidence in a strong and competitive agricultural future.
The 2025 ‘Our Farmers’ Regional Conferences were organized in partnership with Agro-est Muntenia, Aon, Siad, Renomia, ProAgri, ProCredit Bank.
