FORO: How can architecture influence the reputation of a hotel/restaurant?
Peter Ippolito: Architecture can create a recognition value, a unique identity in which the guest is immersed and has an exceptional experience.
Thus the hotel / restaurant is remembered by the visitor on the one hand through the positive experience and on the other hand through iconic design details which are used in the space.
FORO: What is the specificity of a hospitality project, compared to other categories of projects?
