We present the preliminary conclusions of the regional conference in Cluj-Napoca, on April 22, with the theme “Living in Transylvania”, organized by the communication platform Romania Builds and BORO Communication, in partnership with Barrier.

„Although Cluj-Napoca is generally the most expensive residential market in Romania, I still find it difficult to find truly valuable living spaces: housing with good natural light, natural ventilation, generous room heights, efficient and pleasant spatial relationships, well thought out secondary spaces, quality outdoor spaces and good access to public space, public transport and everyday facilities. Cluj-Napoca is a magnet city that attracts many students and young people. For this reason, the accessibility of housing is a critical theme” – arch. „As usual, the conference brought to debate an extremely interesting topic, which can be discussed a lot: living in Transylvania. The discussions on housing quality, focusing on major residential projects, will continue in Bucharest, on May 19, during the 8th edition of Building HOME International Good Living Forum, with the theme “Residential: Remodeled”.
